Statement 2: True The connections used to connect two structural members to act as single unit is called tack connection (Bolt/weld). Behaving a Tee-section means that both left and right part of an angle section must behave as ‘single entity/unit’. This can be achieved by connecting two angles placed back to back by tack welding.
